"Frozen Falls"/Giant Icicles

Over a week ago when it was freezing, there were some giant icicles. Here's some pics of them.

I think some may have been about 10 or almost 15 feet tall.

Ice, Ice, Ice and MORE ICE!!!

It's been really cold here, and the pond was about 3 or 4" thick. See pics below.

I thought this was cool, because you can see the snow needles.

Snow flakes.

I cropped these pics of snow flakes. Soo close!

This is caleb with snow/ice on his back. He has shelter, but likes to be out in the weather.

From 5 to 9 Kids . . . in One Day

Ok,
It's been crazy here for the last hour or so. First, someone came in with two baby goats that were found in the barn. Then, someone yelled that a goat was in labor, and the baby's coming. Suddenly, everything was crazy. Soo, thankfully the boy and girl boer cross that were found in the barn were warmed up by the fire, and the other two (buck & doe) were labored fine. Oh yeah, triplets were born yesterday. A boy and 2 girls. So, we had 5 kids, and in minutes there were 7, then 9.

I'll try to post some pics later

A Walk in the Woods

Alright, we went out to check on some goats to see if they were in labor, and we saw a bird out by the pond (no goats are in labor). So, we decided to go on a walk. By the time we got home, I took 142 pics! Here's some of them:
The bird (I'm not sure what kind):

Frozen pond!

This is "Caleb"

I thought this was interesting. I don't know if it's the kind of tree or what, but I thought it was a funny striped pattern:

ok, that's all.
Here's just a few pics of the frost the other morning:
