These are GF yellow cake cupcakes
Now this was an experiment. I made my regular fudge recipe, exept that I used 1/2 c lard instead of the peanut butter, and added some vanilla extract. I food colored it and layered it in a pan. Well, it tasted like cake icing! I wouldn't make this as a fudge, but I thought about making it, letting it cool a little but not until firm, then putting on a cake.
