More Bird Picture-taking Adventures!

On Thursday (the 3rd) I saw some Juncos at a bird feeder we had right outside the kitchen window. But . . . Juncos weren't what sparked my attention to go out there - I saw a blue bird, that I thought was a Blue Jay. As I mentioned in another post, I have wanted to get close-up pictures of Blue Jays and Cardinals. So I went out and took pictures of the blue bird (I thought it was a Blue Jay, but looking closer, I later found out it was a Tufted Titmouse), and I snapped some close ones of the Juncos. Then I saw something more exiting - a few male Cardinals, and several female Cardinals. So I got a few pics of them, then went through the foot or so of snow that's on the ground to go to a pen where I see birds a lot. There was birds everywhere! And not the same kind of bird . . . altogether I saw Juncos (of course), a Tufted Titmouse, Cardinals, and 2 I was not expecting - a White-breasted Nuthatch, and a few Eastern Meadowlarks! I had never seen a Tufted Titmouse in-person before - I looked into it and identified a new kind of bird.
