Music Video ~ Ron Paul Will Lead The Way

Do you like your freedoms? Most americans like to be free. What we need to realize is that America is in in a downward spiral. But guess what? You can do something about it, and this is why I have brought it up on the blog - because this is an important subject.

Really, can I grab your attention for a few minutes?

Before I make this too long, go ahead and load the video below. My family and some friends got together. They made a song and my sister put together a music video. Please do yourself a favor - watch it (below) and if you like it share it everywhere you can. THANKS!

{3rd kidding} Interesting Birth

The third kidding of the year was a big, black meat cross doe. We were watching her go into labor, and all appeared fine at first. My sister wrote up a hole long deal about the wild birth, which you can see here.

The doe ended up having 3 live kids (1 doe, 2 bucklings) and a dead, undeveloped kid a day later.

*NOT FOR THE WEAK IN STOMACH*

Bubble!

She needs help . . .

Yikes! can we get it?

YES! YES, YES!?!?!

My sister's reaction: I CAN'T BELIEVE SHE'S OUT ALIVE! It's a girl.

And what is behind that placenta?

The doe: I WANT TO KILL YOU! She was not nice to us . . .

"NO!"

"Who are you?"

"My new play-mate?"

Gotta catch you again, mama.

And it is another kid . . .

It's a boy, and he's been wrapped around in the placenta ever since his sister was born several minutes ago. He was dazed.

A nice little family . . . until we discovered the fourth one . . .

which was dead,

a ugly mess of a undeveloped kid.

2nd kidding of the year!

This spotted black and white nubian doe (my Mom calls her star) gave birth to some red-headed babies (a buck and a doe). We don't know who the dad is, as she was already pregnant when we got her.

These babies are sure cuties!

Cat Photo Shoot

This cat, "Pier", posed for me. I stood still and was able to shoot this pretty clear picture without flash. Funny, he looks like he has a mustache ;).

Pink Sunset and Outside Milking

A pretty sunset the other day, while we milked outside because of the barn floor work.

Barn Flooring

We put the barn flooring in the other day. It's called rock screening, and it works pretty well for barns.

Happy Birthday to Peppy, the Llama

Remember Peppy, the llama cria? Well, Peppy's 1st birthday was on the 6th of this month. He has grown a lot, and is learning to guard the goats with his mother, Salty. He has grown up with the goats, and has done well so far. He is very friendly to people that he knows, and he likes to give me kisses ;).

Llamas are funny creatures, they very curious.

Then . . . a small, skinny newborn baby.

Now . . . a big boy (though still a "mommy baby")

Peppy and Salty the other day trying to get grain.

Then . . .

Now . . .
